    The bearded blunder has really achieved it today.

    Phoned up to report that both my lines were fecked...

    "Sorry sir, we can't log that coz our systems are down"...

    Mmmmmmmmmmm...

    Now where did I put that offer to go back to BT?

      Of course they use alot of overseas call centres. Wish they would use UK ones.
