    Anti Competitive?

    http://www.theregister.co.uk/2009/07...ess_to_itunes/

Is this any different to MS bundling IE with the O/S?

    I think it is different.

IE is a tool that is designed to read any website in the world.
iTunes is a tool that is designed to talk to a specific set of devices, and those devices only.

I don't agree with it, and it's tulip like this that makes me not want to use stuff like iTunes. However I think this is the difference Apple will argue.

iTunes puts up numerous annoying processes without any reasonable way to stop them.
