    Question

Here's a question. Imagine the hypothetical situation.

You've got multiple clients at the same time; do you:

    (a) pick between them
    (b) do 14 hour days to do both
    (c) hire people

    I'm tempted by (b), tbh.

Depends. If I can service all then spread myself and do all. If I cant and they will accept a sub then hire, but otherwise (and normally) pick the best one.
I am not qualified to give the above advice!

In the short term do b, if longer term start off with b and them move onto c if it gets too much.
I'm sorry, but I'll make no apologies for this

b followed by c if it all gets too much.

              (c)

Then you can spend the 7 hours a day working to get a new client to have another (c)
