am i allowed or have the right to choose my own preferred choice of umbrella co? my current agency cannot force me to choose an umbrella company they want ?

or even the end company i work for can force me to or not ?

Happening more often these days. Agencies will have preferred supplier lists from which you have to pick your umbrella from.

It is done under the guise of compliance but I think kickbacks from the umbrella companies probably have a bit to do with it. Agencies generally have no problem with you running your own limited company.

Firstly, in the words of Jules Winnfield.

"English, ************, do you speak it?"

Secondly, no they can't force you.

It might make things go more "smoothly" if you use the agents preferred umbrella but don't think for a second that it will be the best deal for you.

They cannot "force you" but they can just refuse to do business with you if you are not using their preferred umbrella, which is pretty much same thing

Suck it up or go Ltd

It's poorly capitalised and poorly punctuated. It makes it harder to understand what you are asking, which makes people less inclined to help you.

Your English is understandable, but you may not get the advise you are looking for because you are in the wrong forum.
