I like Kasabian but I like the Hannigan girl too - she was very good on the Damien Rice album...

I didn't recoginze any of them. No ABBA, BoneyM, Buddy Guy, John Lee Hooker, The Guess Who amongst them. I feel so old and out of touch.
McCoy: "Medical men are trained in logic."
Spock: "Trained? Judging from you, I would have guessed it was trial and error."

I was quite excited about Glasvegas, bought album and tickets... got bored of them very quickly.

Friendly Fires for me but I must admit I haven’t heard half of the artists on the list.

            Ditto.

Kudos for the Andyw option though.

              Not me, still listening.

Though guess their songs resonate with me particularly because they're singing about a world I grew up in and recognise, maybe not so much for other people.

I can appreciate what you're saying as they do have some poignant lyrics but being a Somerset lad the Wurzels have more resonance with me.
