    What to do. Huge dilemma.

    Tea or coffee?

Both have medical benefits but also some studies have found medical issues with both.

So, shall I grab a tea or a coffee?

    TIA.

Tea. Much lower in caffeine and full of luverly anti-oxidant flavanoids.

depends which kind of cancer you want, I think tea has an increased risk of brain cancer whereas coffee increases the risk of pancreatic cancer.

Of course you can drink as much carrot juice as you like.
          I'm alright Jack

Best of luck with either, but check the spoon's clean before stirring.

Went for coffee (decaf) in the end.

                Thanks for all the input.

An iced coffee can replace a hot meal.
