    Local Pubs - Leatherhead

so - as some of you may know I like to go to the pub on a Friday , well, me and one or two others have been trying to go to a different one each Friday, but we have a few problems

    1. We're not local

    2. Our contracts keep getting extended

so finding new pubs with good grub is getting to be a challenge, does anyone here know of good pubs with good grub in the Leatherhead area???

        ahh home sweet home

Nufink to do in a town like levred - The Head circa 1976

In the yee olde days -

The plough on Kingston road by the roundabout
The railway arms (good fo a fight) not sure if its there
The runing horses bottom of bridge street, been a pub since 1500 ish, once local for Oliver Reed
If you feel like moving out a bit try the Woodman in lower Ashtead or the Leg Mutton and Cauliflower or the Pub opposit in Upper Ashtead

        memories sweet drunken memories

let me know what you find, might me time for a few xmas beers inthe commig weeks

        MG

edit just read the grub bit:

Try the Star on the A243 towards Chessington 4/5 last week

edit 2: Accounting and Legal, huh!
