1. Would you sell tickets to allow the public to watch the executions?
2. If you kill the bankers, wouldn't that slow down the economy a lot more? At the end of the day, they are the ones with all our money!!

China's banks were not loaded down with US subprime debt. Ours were, (excluding a few such as the Rock!!) and thus banks have to rebuild their balance sheets, whereas China's do not have this concern. Thus their lending has quickly returned to normality. It's nothing to do with executing bankers !!
