After a bladder-o-scope, where they stick a camera down your knob into your bladder, I had those symptoms, accompanied with blood in the urine. If the urine is cloudy, that's likely to indicate an infection.
Either way, the treatment of the symptoms is the same - drink about 5 litres of water a day, and you should still see a doc. Chances are, though, you've just been too hard at the pot noodle.
