    Machiavelli

I put a comment today in a Labour-party survivor, sorry, supporter who was slagging off Cameron being considered less substance than style by Barack Obama.

My fear if I'm being honest is that we're being distracted: distracted by the arguments between Cameron and Brown and even between NATO ISAF and the Taliban and thus losing sight of the single most dangerous influence on the UK today.
    • Not swine flu.
    • Not disease (although this threat may be considered viral)
    • Not the credit crunch

    Peter Mandelson.

    A solution is at hand.
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

          In that case.

Surely he's going to be history after the election? I know we all joke about his Voldemort-type image, but the reality is come next May at the latest he's never going to step inside a Downing Street building again (goes for most of the Nu-Lab too).

I've never hunted but to be honest, that's cos I'm chicken.

Soz HAB - I'm sure you were being ironic.

I wouldn't be surprised if he know where more bodies are buried than you might think. The Mandelnator: I'll be back!

I'm sure there are more effective and far less cruel ways of controlling foxes.
I object to people enjoying seeing an animal torn to shreds - i think they're all bastards
I'm sorry, but I'll make no apologies for this

I also object to people enjoying seeing an animal being torn to shreds but most hunt members will never have seen this so wouldn't know.

Been weighing it up for years and also thinking about what various farmers have told me they do when they think there is a fox around. It's really not nice. I'm coming around to thinking that hunting them with dogs is the most humane option. It's monitored for a start, it's (usually) bloody quick and doesn't involve strangulation, asphyxiation or gangrene.

Guess we won't agree, not sure I'm right.
