Easy money, property crash is over

    http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/e...-declares.html

The house price crash is now effectively over, an economic consultancy has declared, forecasting that property values will grow between this autumn and the end of next year.

Thus proving, apart from the odd month in a global economic meltdown, property only ever goes up and it goes up forever.

Kirsty and Phil, all is forgiven.

Sorry thought you menat a pole!
Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

      I preferred version 1!

It's amazing how desperate this government is to re-ignite the housing boom. Someone would think an election win is riding on the result...

And this small pocket of activity cannot dispel the simple fact that house prices are unlikely to be fair value at the moment. They simply have not come down enough. Moreover, the amount of debt the average mortgage payer is in for has not diminished.
