    Limited company dorment fees

If you haave a limited company and you want to leave it dorment a while, what sort of fees would you expect to be charged by the accounant to undertake file returns and reports during this period? I think it should be something less than normal charge for an active company right?

    thanks

    NW charge half fees.
Science isn't about why, it's about why not. You ask: why is so much of our science dangerous? I say: why not marry safe science if you love it so much. In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the butt on the way out, because you are fired. - Cave Johnson

call it a crazy idea but why not email your accountant you have with the company before you make it dormant and ask?

£25 cant get much lower than that.

My accountant charges £200 for my semi dormant company, it has interest income and i take dividends from it but it doesnt trade, but it still files accounts and pays corp tax etc.
