Hi folks, recently got made redundant. always remained in a permie role. However the time has come for me to work for myself- against all odds.

Do you have any tips to share in the current economic climate.

My skillset and experience covers Project mgmt with prince 2, software quality assurance and ITIL.

I have tried to make sure i am marketablehence the change to service delivery instead of project work (no money = no project funding)

Sorry to hear you have been made redundant. In the current market, don't limit yourself to contract roles, apply for both. Come the end of October you might be happy to go for a permie role.
