Has anyone used http://consulting-jobs.theladders.co.uk/.
It promises of jobs of salary 50K+,but not quite sure whether to pay(subscription fees) just to have the opportunity to apply for a job.

Isn't that illegal in the UK to charge candidates for job placement services ?

this is similar to technology ladder etc, you do not have to pay to apply for a job, look carefully when you press apply on a link, in big text is an invitation to subscribe, on a small button is an option saying 'no thanks' and then you get to see the full ad and apply anyway.

I hate it.
