Probably. House prices traditonally going up, land owners want more of a return, therefore more houses per site, and less room to swing a cat* in.
Plus, we live on a tiny island in comparison to other nations with a growing populus.
I'm off to Canada, large log cabin and a gun to fend off the bears/pimps.
*Other animals are available, expect a shrew to be the one of choice sooner or later.In case of emergency, break dance. -
