The Anchor - it's on the riverside.

My info is several years out of date but I believe Midsummer House is still top of the pile, or the Pink Geranium if you fancy a bit of an excursion. Book early!

The Three Horseshoes in Harston (just west of Cambridge).

Excellent sea-food (at least, it always used to be). Otherwise The Riverside would get my second.

You can't get a table there, it's booked solid.

Was there on contract about ten years ago. Sure there were good places. Forgotten. It has merged in my memory with Cheltenham and other places beginning with C.

PS Cambridge is full of Chinese who also begin with C.
