There's nothing worse than a mean drunk

Particularly when he's shouting the odds at a female work colleague in the middle of the hotel bar.

"nasty, arrogant bitch" was the least of it.

If it wasn't for a male colleague who was able to drag him away and talk to him I'm not at all sure what I would have done as he certainly wasn't listening to me when I told him to go to bed.

And the t0sser works for me..

I need him complete the last 2 weeks of the project, so I couldn't fire him. The best I could do was to send a furious email to his boss to remind him that t0sser represents the vendor company at all times...

I'm having enough problems getting my part of the project working - the last thing I need is to have a grown man act like a lunatic after throwing a bottle of whisky down his neck in his hotel room...

We need him for one 1 week after that, but he'll be working on his own.

Provided he gets the job done I won't have to put up with him.

He will certainly not be invited to the project wrap party...

I'm quite partial to throwing bottles of whiskey down my neck given half a chance but would never take an office disagreement to the bar. The 'team' is more important that the project. Let him go.

Thank you minestrone - if I can find a way of getting rid of him I will.

I don't think that I can train anyone one else up for the short time that's left.

Next time start training by getting new trainee drunk at the bar...

I know it's not much consolation, but that was the right angle to take.
