Pi$$ed off now, and back on the coffee.............

Hypertension (high blood pressure) is dangerous in the long run. Cutting out salt from your diet helps. Also alcohol and fags. See your GP asap.
    Hard Brexit now!

Try flushing your pipes out and then a cold shower before going for the BP test and maybe the nice young ladies won't get your heart so excited.

All to do with insurance and liability.

Drink green tea, avoid McBurgers and ready meals, eat fruit and veg, drink a moderate amount of red wine, try Benecol products (although not really effective but better than egg 'n' bacon sarnie in the morning), exercise (take the lift, walk, swim, cycle, wankathons, anything really) and listen to classical music and relax (do not play Quake or Unreal Tournament - measured my BP after that and it was 180/120 or something scary).

            HTH.
If you think my attitude stinks, you should smell my fingers.

You could try Threadeds Cycling Diet
Insanity: repeating the same actions, but expecting different results.
threadeds website, and here's my blog.

                  A doctor writes:

There are several possible reasons, but one of the most common is clogged arteries. A three-month rest from refined carbohydrates and you'll be as right as ninepence.

However, in your case it is the stress of worrying that Arsenal will not win the league again in the foreseeable. Start supporting a crap team, then anything other than finishing bottom is a happy bonus.
