    Is it just me......

Or are the Tories starting to sound votable?

Georgie is sounding very business friendly and unabashedly snarling at the public sector.

Micheal Gove sounding very good on education.

Although it is a bit too soon to be offering Dannatt a peerage (ostensibly for bashing Labour on defence issues..... )
There are no evil thoughts except one: the refusal to think

    You're just getting old.

Like when my dad said "Either I'm getting less tolerant in my old age, or Alf Garnett is talking much more sense than he used to".

But don't you always vote Tory anyway?

Yeah, it's because they've got a big advertising campaign going on at the moment.

Didn't someone once say if you vote Tory when you're young you haven't got a heart, but if you vote Labour when you're older, you haven't got a brain....or words to that effect....

Depends a lot on how rich you are. Richer people tend to be more selfish and uncaring. And more self reliant and expect others to be self-reliant too.

Or in some cases (not all), you've worked harder (lived away from home, put the hours in), and resent spongers getting money for doing naff all while you're taxed to death

Just work hard to get for what I earn - worked with too many people who think that life owes them a living

How on earth can someone who has never had a real job and who rebelled at 13 to change his name from Gideon to desperately cool "George" be qualified to stand as potential Chancellor of the Exchequer.

                    FFS little Tory-boy sh*t!
