    Dragons Den entrepreneur

Was watching this weeks episode of Dragons Den On Tour where they catch up with some of the entrepreneurs who have previously pitched to the Dragons, whether they received investment or not.

The business that struck me was the couple who pitched for investment in their Magic Whiteboard company.
(They are at 46mins 10secs into the programme).

They obtained, from Japan, the exclusive rights to distribute the Magic Whiteboard in the UK & Ireland for £1000.

In 3 years, they now have a business with a turnover of £1.5m and profit of £1m.

    Pretty f'in impressive!

Well done those people. I hadn't seen that episode before, but from my experience it's a product that would be very useful in different scenarios. It did seem a bit pricey, but if you're constantly visiting different sites to do training or give presentations then it could prove to be invaluable. Surprised that Peter Jones wrote it off as nonsense, but there again Theo P knows the stationery game and he became an investor.

No. Peter Jones couldn't see the point of it (IIRC) and opted out, but everyone else was keen.
