you wait `till the Tesco towns pop up. I believe Tesco are working on an affordable housing project. There will be little Tesco towns with Tesco store, surrounding shops independently run (but paying Tesco`s for the privilege of selling from their stores). Surrounding these Tesco centre pieces will be the main housing estates, also fenced off from the outside world requiring swipe card access to get in and out of the estates (for safety and security reasons).
