Steak market collapse in October

How come you rarely see T-bone steaks in the supermarkets? I don't anyway. When I see them I think of American cartoons.

Oh forgot to add - the over supply of steaks will come from all those bulls on the stock market culled...

Good point. They went away with the Mad Cow Disease ban and never really came back.
