    The end of project party

Can I be @rsed to travel 130 miles to a party that is happening after I've left the project?

There is a faint possibility of more work with the client once this project is over.

    It's a toughie...

Send a promotional dwarf in your stead - with a glossy marketing handout.

Don't bother unless it's local and there's free booze.

Invoke substitution and send someone else. You won't have any problem finding replacements if there's free booze.
