Now I realise that this may be a bit of a ladies thing but wtf. I've recently discovered a brand of candles called Yankee Candles and they're absolutely divine. The scents are just soooo goood - pomegranite and cider is my favourite lol! Anyone else?

Don't waste your valuable time on here, watch QVC instead. I've heard they have Yankee candle bargains on a regular basis.

Don't be so dismissive as the lad may have a point. By the time the postage and packaging is taken into account, you may be no better off. It's a constant worry to me anyway.

Bid.tv perhaps?

Bid.tv perhaps?

Is that the one where the price goes down as more people phone in?

That's the one. Except the price doesn't go down as more people ring in.
Well worth a look if you love 'collectables'

I've never seen a Yankee Candle but the factory / office is located in Bristol.
John Lewis do nice candles in small tins for about £7 each. You can use the tin after also.

btw aren't yankee candles for chavs?

Well, I wouldn't know if they're chavvy, I've only recently discovered them at my local garden centre. I guess not though, I thought chavs like to get pissed then glass each other or screw each other's brains out in the gutter.

I don't get the Lucy bit though.

Moving on to apple and vanilla now lol!

If it's any consolation, bekarovka, I'm quite a big fan of Yankee Candles too. Just wanted you to know you're not alone.

I’m a big fan as well, you can get them online from a bunch of places.

Yeah I like that one too - normally reserve it for Christmas Eve.
