    More bad news

The buyer that put the offer in on my house has pulled out due to "funding" issues.

FFS, it's like people don't actually want to live in Swindon.

Don't worry, every week you don't sell is another week it appreciates in value.

          Good luck,
Anyone looking to sell a house now is just asking for a load of agro , frustration and stress - sod that. I desperately want to move house but no way am I even trying to sell mine in the current market.

Just think, if they secured funding they probably would have pulled out last minute anyway unless you knocked another x grand off the asking price.
