    Jam Recruitment

Just received a charming mail from a Stacey Wilson. It appears Stacey needs some help

    Good Afternoon,

Having joined JAM Recruitment in recent months I have been given the task of setting up the SAP Specialist function.

I am sure you appreciate that we have thousands of candidate details on our system and to ensure I am concentrating my efforts on the correct candidates I would appreciate it if you could take 5 minutes to answer the questions below so I can update our system and your details.

    > Are you looking for permanent or contract work

    > What is your current location

    > What locations would you consider / Will you relocate

    > What is your licence status / Do you own a car

    > What is nationality / Do you require a Visa or sponsorship

    > Are you security cleared/ If yes to what level

    > Who is your current employer

    > Reason for leaving

    > Current salary and benefits

    > Salary / Package required

    > What is your notice period

    > What are your key strengths / skills

    > Do you hold any qualifications / accreditations e.g. Prince 2

    > Please can you supply 2 references that cover the last 3 years

    > Where have you applied for positions

    > Where have you interviewed for positions

Alternatively, If you are no longer for work or have any changes in your circumstances please let us know so that we can update our system.

Also if you know of any friends of colleagues, that maybe looking for work, please do not hesitate to pass on my contact details. Remember, if you can recommend a friend or colleague to us, who we subsequently place, then you will receive £100 in gift vouchers.

Many Thanks for taking the time to complete this questionnaire and we look forward to speaking with you soon.

    Kind Regards

Sorry Churchill, it's bad news I'm afraid. I agree with you.

Not wholeheartedly, because I don't like this standard, ham-fisted, deceitful, relationship-souring way of getting leads.

But there are some agents I keep in touch with and I'll let them know of prospects. Sometimes they grease my palm in return.

Hey, I'm an agreeable kinda dog, sometimes.

If I can help an agent out once in a while maybe he/she will think of me first on occasion - Oi Dodgy, are you reading this?

When I was in South Wales I used JAM Recruitment quite a lot. They got me at least one interview. I found them uncommonly helpful, friendly and professional for a recruitment agency.

I assume they are struggling in hard times.
