By 2012, all those on the bench will have gone bankrupt/started working in McDs/jumped off Beach Head. They will be deemed to be ineligible for new roles as they don't have "recent experience". The government of the day will therefore have to ease the hiring of contractors from overseas, to do the jobs local people don't want to do.
