Does this mean (without going into unnecessary detail), that you feel like going and nothing happens?

I only occasionally get the opposite. Within the space of 15 minutes I can go from not wanting to go to feeling rather desperate, unwell and even sweating. What's worse is that the closer you get to a toilet, the worse symptoms get, so you have to try to pretend a toilet is hours away. When it really is hours away, I seem fine, though I haven't fully tested that hypothesis.

Now - I recently had a similar problem until my neck problem pushed it into the background, as it were.

First of all - be gentle, don't nuke the issue. No Sennakot as that's like pushing a grand piano through the the back door -we don't want to turn it into a patio double-slider (with the increase in washing duties...).

No, you need take Dulcoease and eat fuit and drink more water (which is needed with Dulcoease), a bit of exercise wouldn't go amiss either...

You just need to remind your body how to 'go' normally, once or twice it happens, you won't need artificial stimulation (phnar, phnar...)

PS - I'm fine and dandy now, btw...
