    Newsnight: Who was it?

    "Unemployed" IT contractor trying to convince their "dragons" that the nation can be saved by having a small sales tax on everything. Errr, isn't that VAT?

    I'm sure it was Andy someone. Andy W perhaps?
    Will work inside IR35. Or for food.

    No, VAT is not taken on books, food etc.

        His delusions may be key to the reasons for his status as unemployed.
        How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.
