You should probably have to take an advanced test to be allowed to drive performance cars on the road...

Since he admitted that he was on his mobile, I think he should be charged with driving without due care and attention. It was lucky no one else was innocently involved.

Plus the Veyron should be crushed and handed back to him in the shape of a mobile phone, as a memento of his stupidity.
Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

Threaded will be along any moment to tell us an amusing annecdote about how a similar thing nearly happend to him whilst driving his mate's one.

Apparently he was drinving round the streets of Monaco following the GP circuit when a member of the rolyal family dialed his number by mistake.

            How we laughed.

Well, as it happens... Was driving with girly when white van man did a U-turn in a rather small cross roads right in front of us whilst chatting on his mobile, so girly arrested him for attempting to spoil our evening.

Of course. One person crashed for a different reason, so the whole argument is thrown out. Similar to MMR!
