sick ... no idea why, cos I haven't been sick for at least 2 months. Lunch consisted of 5 Heinekins and a Bacon and Sausage bap, so no sicky smells there. Where's Mulder when you need him.

Actually it means you're just about to have the flu.

Sounds like you have a fungal infection in your nail.
It's not usually life-threateneing, I think less than five thousand people a year die an agonising death due to it. Have you had any dizzy spells,lack of sleep or loss of concentration? If so , keep your thumb somewhere warm, moist and away from free flowing air, and go to see your doctor.
I suggest sticking it up your bum.

Thing is, after number 5, you sometimes forget, and I forget the mini bag of Haribo ... problem solved.
