    I've put on 2 pounds

    n the 2 weeks that I've been on the bench.

    This is not good news.

    I'll have to go back to my jogging that I dropped when the contract got too hectic.

    And spend less time here...

    You'll lose at least 1lb if you go for a jolly good dump. I usually manage 2.

        I'm charging for fitness advice these days. 55 euros per hour. Must visit a client this evening for a training session. I think he can tulip 4 or 5 lbs a time judging by his build and eating habits.

                    You could replace them with shoulder presses. Don't drop the weight. The explosive jumping exercises are good for building lean muscle mass, but you need to be fit to start this kind of exercise. Once you can do it, it works 100 times better than jogging to get rid of fat.
