What IP address does your ping return?

If you could please post their IP address, it would be helpful.

I've just tried a tracert and the Destination Net is unreachable...

Edit just noticed you asked for it to pinged not loaded...50% packet loss pinging it on 212.140.245.97 reply addy that is failing is 62.172.104.78
