My regime over the last 24 hours, if it helps
Monday:
* Do no work
* Watch TV for a bit
* Feeling peckish - Kebab for supper (can't be arsed to cook)
* Pub for 5 hours
* Back home at 3 a.m. watch TV, drink brandy, finish my smokes
* Bed at 5 a.m.
Tuesday:
* Groggily wake up at 9.30 for a 10.00 telecon (still somewhat tipsy)
* Faff about on here for a few hours
* Toast for lunch
* Feel guilty about doing no work
* Sluggish walk to post office (200 metres)
* Faff about on here for a few hours
* Pub again later
Remainder of week
* Repeat as above
