    Historic day today

    http://blogs.telegraph.co.uk/news/da...vereign-state/

At midnight last night, the United Kingdom ceased to be a sovereign state.

There you go, yesterday was the last day we were an independent country.

Still, you all voted for it.

I thought that happened on the 1st (yesterday).

      Poppycock. Boo-sucks to your doom-mongering right-wing ill-informed drivel.

Now be silent and go back to your colouring in, there's a good prawn.....
Faster, faster, faster, until the thrill of speed overcomes the fear of death.

Patience is something you admire in the driver behind you and scorn in the one ahead.

        Yes, my mistake.

Yesterday we gave up all our rights as a country.

No point voting now, the EU makes all the rules now.

With all due respect, and not one to break-up a lovers' tiff, but...

...how is what DP posted ill-informed drivel?

Isn't Dan Hannan simply stating fact? And DP also? Albeit with the usual passive sarcasm?

How is this right-wing or doom-mongering?

You'll be sorry you didn't listen and act. Don't come crying to me when the country defaults and your children are sent to work down the Uranium mines. Or something like that.

                Euro-sceptics are generally right wing
Ill-informed because the treaty is simply an administrative tome for laws already in place and adding 2 figure-head positions with zero powers. Lisbon is not Rome nor is it Mastricht which were really important treaties.

So ill informed and Right Wing are dealt with.

Doom-mongering is saying that we have lost all constitutional powers, which is also where the poppycock comes in.

DP is very funny though, I like him more than some on here due to his GSOH.

Just felt like dishing out the smack-down.

Ah, you mean the one the Conservatives didn't let us vote on?
