    Why not ask the PCG? I believe that they have a forum, and possibly even a phone number or email address you can contact them on. They might know the answer.

      OK, since I'm so nice...

      The sample PCG contract says that termination can be in line with the Schedule. The sample Schedule says client can terminate immediately, service provider one month.

      Whether that is their actual advice is a completely different matter, though - you should ask them what they advise. Just because it's in their sample schedule doesn't mean that there is anything wrong with changing that.

            Guys, agent is pressing me to sign today for a Monday start at client co so am a little stressed and just looking for some advice as quick as I could - in the past this has always been a good place to get it!
