          White: Marlbrough Sauv Blanc (Recommend Cloudy Bay or Montana at the "reasonable " end)

          Red: Fleurie Boujelais very nice and light, so people won't get too wrecked and it goes nicely with both white and red meat.

          Sparkles: Moet always does the trick although an Australian Seppelt Shiraz fizz is also good for less cash
