What would be your important considerations if you were offered a perm position?

What would be your top three, if a clientco made you a serious offer?
Faster, faster, faster, until the thrill of speed overcomes the fear of death.

Patience is something you admire in the driver behind you and scorn in the one ahead.

I'd rather stick needles in my eyes than work permie.

Not much use if I can't see what to spend it on.

I don't want to be constantly in the same bloody office for 5 years. Infact I basically want to be working as an interntal contractor. Project here, project there.
I DO NOT want to be working for external customers. Might as well stay as a freelance contractor if that is the case.
