What's the problem? The clue's in 'Birmingham City Centre'. It's a 'city'. That's a place where lots of people and businesses reside in a closely packed area. All those people and businesses need to move themselves around and lug stuff around in cars, vans, buses, motorbikes, pushbikes, on foot, trucks etc ; this is called 'traffic'. Ergo, there will usually be lots of 'traffic' in a 'city'.And what exactly is wrong with an "ad hominem" argument? Dodgy Agent, 16-5-2014Comment
