    Phone won't stop ringing

How come all agents decide to ring on the same day? Are they panicking because the office parties are next week, and they need to complete their market survey this week?

Ah, you think all these agents work for different agencies?

Clients make that mistake too, some have the same agency as all of the entries on their preferred supplier list.

Or Mr Mark is a Walter Mitty type.

Works in Morrisons and lives a fantasy life of being a benched contractor.
