    Unoccupied property insurance

    Anyone recommend a broker or insurance company.

    House will be empty pending a stampede of keen buyers willing to pay over asking price.

    Most seem not to cover any malicious damage, only fire, aircraft crashing into it, lightning.

    Any suggestions for good cover?
