    Seeing the doc this evening....

    Dreading what they may say.

My hip has become very sore over the last few months, not getting any better.

I enjoy aerobics and jogging, when I push myself my joint gets unbearable, but a little seems to ease it for a while.

Hopefully it will be a case of getting referred for a cortisone jab and to take things steady, but, it is a fine balance of not exercising at all and continuing to the point of wearing out the hip.

I jog gently for around 2 miles a day, days I do not jog I do an hour long high energy but fairly low impact aerobics class.

Seriously considering cancelling the docs and just carrying on, but will face whatever music there is………

Or you could switch to sports/exercise with low or no impact.

                Swimming, cycling.

                If you are:
                1. running on pavements all the time
                2. haven't got your running shoes from a respected running shop
                3. use the same shoes for jogging and for aerobics
                then expect to be injured.
