A mate rang up this morning asking if I could do his company a favour. VW needed a computer part urgently and they couldn't get anyone to deliver it and he thought of me lying in bed. For a couple of hours driving, 5 minutes waiting and handing it over got me the princely sum of €500 which should cover Christmas drinkies. Wouldn't want to do it fulltime though (well maybe at that rate...)
