    Tenant as 'Amlet

I prefer him as Dr Who.

Then again, I find old Will's epics a bit on the tedious side.

Have managed to watch 45 mins before falling asleep.

    Shall try some more tomorrow.

Only another 2 hours & 20 mins to go.

I'd forgotten I'd recorded it, will orobably give it a go tomorrow. Am a bit of a hamlet fanatic and am hoping I don't end up turning it off in disgust like the other versions ( couldn't get an darn tickets for the play cos the trekkies and sho fans snapped them all up innit )

        Tennant

Although given your propensity for consuming students, perhaps you've got a BTL and meant "Tenant as Omelette"

I was forced to watch it as Mrs BP likes Shakespeare. Worse still I was asked to comment intelligently. I have tried explained to her I am a philastein(sp?) but to no avail. How can I get her off my case?

            Aye
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

Just tell her you are desperate for the toilet:

I have ventured like a little wanton boy. my bladder swims, This many summers in a gory sea, far beyond my depth. My high-blown pride at length breaks under me, and now has left me, weary and old with service, to the mercy of a rude stream that must for ever hide me, unless I travel forth to the lavatory.

              I may be a while

Make her watch American Pie etc and say how much you enjoy 'this sort of thing' much more than the Bard. Celebrity 'get me out of here', Corrie and so on may have the same effect. Start watching Jeremy Kyle and tell your missus how much Jeremy really understands the human condition and manages to capture a hard-to-define depth of feeling in just a few well chosen words.

that version was terrible, not to mention the one with Kyle MacLachlan in

Today I'll be mostly watching Hamlet
