I met that very friendly lady on the corner of Shoreditch High Street and Great Eastern Street again on the way home last night.
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

I have already explained this to you once

That very friendly lady, is a Police Officer (Uniform is the clue), and asking you if you are capable of making it home unassisted, is Not a pass or an offer. (Sheesh!)
Confusion is a natural state of being
