nintendo wii / BBC I player

Just got the I player to work on the Wii, very neat. All free. The I player interface is well laid out too compared with the web page version.

The mac mini has now lost it's purpose in life...

Yes did the f/w upgrade last night and got I player through the shopping channel, but no payment was required.

Ours has been working fine, free, for a while too, since the code update. Have used it to catch up on quite a bit of stuff over the hols.

I don't think so. iPlayer is miles ahead of ITV & C4 tools, both in terms of usability, streaming quality and penetration.

ITV, C4 and Five amongst others have signed up to join the BBC's iPlayer based new platform, so chances are they'll throw their whole lot in with the BBC. Sky will probably back down sooner or later too.
