The man arrived at the hospital repeating the words "Jackie Smith, Jackie Smith", interrupted only by a request that a man or equivalent pig-ugliest nurse in the hospital deal with his little problem. A doctor confirmed later that clapping eyes on a decent looking nurse might have caused him long-term injury, or at the very least have made removing the pipe harder.
