New words or old words with new meanings

Permoaning; the action of permies standing around the coffee machine whining about ‘management never listen to us’ or ‘they should get rid of these expensive contractors’

Permafrost; the reaction of permies when you park the contractormobile outside the office

Permaskive; the inability of permies to navigate a motor vehicle through a light dusting of snow to reach the office

Permicitis; that mysterious disease that strikes permies on Monday mornings or the morning of important deadlines leaving them bedridden with a note from the doctor and 100% sick pay with missed holiday compensation

    Suggestions please!
