    a month u-bahn ticket in Munich is 50EUR, a fine for not having a ticket is 40EUR, if you only get caught once per month then your better off paying the fine and taking the risk.

    the above is not quite true however because if your caught 3 times you can expect a visit by the police.

      Both on U-Bahn U4, Nollendorfplatz is an interchange for U1, U2, U3 and U4.

      We are talking Berlin U-Bahn here aren't we?

      Edit - having read the rest of the forum I get it now - d'oh.

      Would like more U-Bahn, S-Bahn and Strassenbahn in Berlin and Vienna, where my favourite station is Rosauer Lande.....
