    SME's and govt procurement

Currently reading through the smaller supplier - better value booklet from OGC and come across the term 'BME' in their list of small business types. Apparently, this stands for 'Black and Minority Ethnic Business' - I never knew we had those...

...wonder if this is taken into account during the procurement process?

    Older and ...well, just older!!

'Black and Minority Ethnic Business' - why should skin colour have any bearing on winning govt work?

Is there a sexual orientation business and a women only business calssification?
Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

      I preferred version 1!
